I wanted to buy a bag that both my mom and I can use so I asked if we can personalize our shared last name on the bag. DoraMEink did a fabulous job at responding quickly and making sure they double-checked if they had the right name on it. I also, love the quality of the webbing handle since it’s long and soft. The bag itself has a sturdy texture and frame with black inner lining that’s smooth and soft. The graphics are a little lighter or blurred than expected but that’s a minor matter. My only recommendation is to have options for the font for the personalization/customization of the name but I love the current font style regardless! Kudos to the creators of DoraMEink for their quality items! ❤️
